Li-ion batteries are often in short supply and costly to replace. By following our Battery

Always recharge your Omeo after use unless only used for short trips.

After a good, long ride, let your Omeo rest for one/two hours before charging. The
following are Best Practice notes to consider:
1.Before charging, ensure that both your Omeo and the mains socket are switched
off. Turn on the mains after you have plugged in your Omeo.
2.The charging lights will become a solid green. When the lights begin to flash this
indicates that your Omeo batteries are fully charged and will go into "Trickle
Charge" status. It is best to stop charging within an hour after this status.
3.While charging, never leave the charging unattended or switched on overnight.
4.Ensure that your Omeo is stored in a dry environment and that the ambient
temperature is above 5°C.
Never store next to hot pipes or radiators.
5.If storing for extended periods, try to use your Omeo at least once a month to
wake up the Battery Management System within the batteries.
Never store your Omeo for extended periods with less than 40% charge
